Description
The motorboat is the Holiday Yacht JanetNicole. The boat has a sleeping cabin in the back and is for 2 people and lockable. The salon has a spacious dining table and a kitchenette with stove/sink and refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Of course there is hot and cold water and there is central hot air heating everywhere, including in the cozy lockable cockpit. The benches in the cockpit offer seating for 4 people and the raised driver's seats can also accommodate 2 more people. The swim platform has a handy outdoor shower and the sunbathers can enjoy the sun mattresses on the foredeck. The powerful built-in 30 HP diesel engine has sufficient power and mooring is child's play with the two bow thrusters! Anglers can take advantage of the fishfinder near the steering gear.
The boat is located at the jetty on a large estate with 2 gites and as a guest who rent the boat for a week you can also use the swimming pool and enjoy the garden with chickens, cameroon sheep, donkey and our dogs and cats . The boat is fully furnished, so with crockery, bed, bath and kitchen utensils, has a TV and radio and if the shore power is on, 220 V in all sockets. If the boat is not rented, it is also possible to rent the boat for half a day (€ 250,-) or a full day (€ 350,-). Trip to the plum museum, with a 12 meter descent and ascent in the lock of Castelmoron, visit the plum museum and a drink on board: € 50 per person, minimum 2 people, duration about 4 hours.
Trip to Villeneuve sur Lot, see the surroundings with different eyes, mini picnic on a secret jetty and a drink on board: € 85 per person, minimum 2 people, duration about 6 hours.
There is also the possibility to rent two powerful electric bicycles!
Outside
The long property is 1.3 hectares in size. In front of the terrace is your own large private jetty and to the right of the terrace you will find a saltwater swimming pool. In the garden you will find many (fruit) trees and beautiful shrubs. There are various types of apple, pear, cherry, fig and plum trees, as well as peach, apricot, persimmon and many raspberry bushes. You can enjoy it when the fruits are ripe. In addition, there are always some tasty vegetables on the side of the cottage, which you can use. The property is completely fenced and access is only through the electronic gate. The owners are real animal lovers. They have a number of dogs, but also 3 cats, 5 Cameroon sheep, 2 donkeys and 20 chickens, which roam freely and thus lay the tastiest eggs in the world. In the garden you will also find a jeu de boule court which you can of course make unlimited use of.
Fishing
You can enjoy fantastic fishing at this unique spot on the Lot, from your own jetty. The jetty is located about 8 meters from your house or from a boat. In the Lot there are many and also large fish. Catfish, carp (mirror carp and common carp), barbel, zander, black bass, eel, bream and chub. The Lot is almost 170 meters wide from this spot and about 12 meters deep in the middle. The banks are partly covered with overhanging branches and there is hardly any boating traffic and no strong currents, because the domaine is on a dammed part (between Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Castelmoron).
For fishermen there is also an extra, private, fish hutch containing: An extra freezer and refrigerator, an induction hob with a large pan for corn or tiger nuts, a fish tank with air pump. Very handy, because then the rods and the food can easily be stored there. In short, it is the ideal place to try fishing luck in open water.
Night fishing from the jetty is allowed and we can arrange a fishing license for you at cost.

The owners have a boat that you can rent (€ 40 per week) with an electric motor.
Lot et Garonne as the province is called is unknown, but no less loved for that. It is not called the Tuscany of France for nothing. This is mainly because of the many picturesque bastide villages built on hilltops with restaurants on cozy squares.
There is a wide range of restaurants in the area, especially in the picturesque villages built on the many hills in the immediate vicinity. The area is also a true paradise for wine lovers, the wine regions of Cahors, Bergerac, Buzet, Duras and Bordeaux are all less than an hour away by car. A visit to the beautiful town of St Emilion is especially a must.
