There is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of crockery and a large farmhouse table that seats 8. There is a beautiful living room with lots of light. There is a large library, small sofas that invite to relax, armchairs, a coffee table, a desk, a flat screen TV, a DVD player. Thanks to the double patio doors on the balcony side, you have a beautiful view. There are 4 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with patio doors to the balcony. There is a beautiful cherry wood wardrobe / cupboard and an adjoining bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
From the kitchen, the stairs lead to the garden level on the ground floor, where it stays nice and cool in the summer.
There you will find bedroom 2 with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe / wardrobe and access to the garden through a double glazed door. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, which can also be pushed together to form a large bed of 180 cm wide; bedside tables, chest of drawers and cupboard / wardrobe

While the house will suit your every need, it is likely outside where you will spend most of your time having lunch on the spacious deck, admiring the sunset over the river from the second deck or lounging around the charming private pool. The large garden of 1000 m² offers several lawns and terraces. The first large terrace, near the living room and kitchen, is equipped with a large dining table and 8 chairs, so you can enjoy lunch outside. An awning protects you from the summer heat. The second wooden terrace has a view of the pool and has been specially decorated to allow you to enjoy the beautiful view of the river and the valley. The private pool is 8.60 x 4.70 m and 150cm deep. There is a parking space for 3 cars in the immediate vicinity of the house. Possibility to reach the house via a small flat path, ideal for bicycle trips.
During the high season, preference is given to a rental of two consecutive weeks. Single weeks will be accepted as soon as they appear.
Located in the heart of the touristic Dordogne (Périgord Noir) - the listed villages of Beynac, Roque Gageac, Domme, Belves, the medieval town of Sarlat, the caves of Lascaux, Proumessac, Font de Gaume, the castles of Castlenaud, the Milandes etc etc ... are all accessible within a radius of 25 km. The Olivarie golf course (18 holes) is 5 km from the house. The Dordogne, where you can swim without risk, is 5 km from the house. The villages with all amenities of Siorac and Saint-Cyprien are equidistant of 4 km from the house.
