Villa Valentine is a new holiday home for 6 people in the Dordogne with large private swimming pool and spacious garden and is located in the rolling countryside and very close to Sarlat and all the sights of the Dordogne. This spacious villa is the ideal destination for a relaxing holiday in the heart of the Perigord Noir.

Villa Valentine is entirely ground floor and 120 m².
There is a spacious living room of more than 60 m² and has large doors to two terraces. There is an elegant seating area with two large sofas, a coffee table, a video projector and a large screen mounted on the wall. The dining area has a dining table and six chairs, so you can also dine indoors. In the half open kitchen is a lot of kitchen utensils and equipment. Such as a 4-burner stove, oven, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher. The kitchen leads to a laundry room, with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedrooms are accessible via the corridor and this is located on the other side of the living room.
There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom with a large double bed (160 cm wide) and a wardrobe overlooking the terrace and the garden. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160 cm wide) and a view at the front of the house. Bedroom 3 is a children's room, with two single beds and a wardrobe. Blackboard and games are available for the smaller children. The bathroom consists of a large walk-in shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet.

The private swimming pool is loacted in the beautifully landscaped garden. There are several terraces and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The renters can even take advantage of the small vegetable garden with its aromatic herbs. The swimming pool is 10m x 5m and 1.40 m deep and is surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace with parasols and a garden bench. For the safety of our young visitors, the pool is protected with an electric cover. The second covered terrace, is an extension of the living room, and has a table and chairs. The ideal place to enjoy the shade or to seek shelter on cooler evenings. The parking space in front of the house is suitable for a maximum of 4 cars, has recently been renewed with gravel and is ideal for petanque / boules tournaments!
In the high season, the preference is for a rental of two consecutive weeks
Villa Valentine is located in the heart of the Dordogne, just 7 km from Sarlat La Caneda. The village of Saint Cyprien with a large supermarket, shops and a weekly market on Sunday mornings, is only 6 km away. There is a good bakery 2 km away. There are various activities in the nearby area
