Large garden with several terraces. There is a large lawn, where children can play. On the property is ample parking for several cars. Villa Tortoise is within walking distance of the village. Explore the surroundings with a walk or a bike ride and enjoy the many beautiful views over the rolling countryside.
Saint-Rabier is a lovely agricultural village; situated in the hilly and green countryside. The land behind the house drops off into a lavish green countryside, and a communal path leads to many easy going walking paths. The surrounding countryside is filled with maïs and flowers.... great biking, kayaking, walking, etc. are within steps. Listen to the quietness when enjoying meals on the terrace.
A very good restaurant in La Bachellerie. More shops and a weekly market in Le Lardin. 5 Supermarkets and more extensive shopping and facilities in Terrasson. The same distance to Hautefort with its magnificent château, and slightly further to pretty Montignac, close to the caves of Lascaux and other sites of prehistoric interest. In the vicinity there are many sites worthwhile to visit: like the castle of Hautefort, the gardens of Terrasson, the caves of Montignac. There is a shop, pharmacy, doctor and a tennis court in Saint Rabier 2 km.
