Holiday home Simondie is a fantastic holiday location for up to 12 people. The holiday house is a former wine warehouse and is situated in the middle of the extensive vineyards of Bergerac. Holiday home Simondie consists of 2 buildings so it is ideal if you want to spend your holidays with friends or a large family.
The large house is suitable for 7 people and the outbuilding for 5 people. If you only want to rent the large house, the outbuilding is not rented to other people and also vice versa. Simondie has a fenced private swimming pool and a breathtaking view over the valley of the Dordogne.

Description
Large holiday home
On the ground floor of the large house is an open kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A cot and high chair are available on request. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee maker and a 4 burner gas stove. In the dining room is a dining table with chairs and a fantastic view over the valley. The living room has a sitting area, fireplace, TV, sofa and a bed for two people.
The 2 bedrooms have a double bed and a closet, the bathroom has a shower, sink and there is a washing machine that you can use. On the first floor there are 3 more single beds and a closet.
Outbuilding
The outbuilding is 5 meters from the large house, on the edge of the pool and there are two bedrooms. The outbuilding is accessible from the pool via stairs with a children's gate. The two bedrooms are connected to each other. The first bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The other bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe and a TV. On the ground floor is also a summer kitchen. This consists of a table with chairs, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, hot plate, microwave and cupboards.
Outside
There is a large terrace at the side of the house with two picnic tables and parasols.
Through a step you will reach the pool of 10 x 5 meters. The pool is completely fenced, lockable and equipped with an alarm system. There are sufficient garden furniture, umbrellas and sun beds available. Also a barbecue and a table tennis table are available. On request you can fish for free in the two small ponds (material is not included).
The old town centre of Bergerac is a joy to stroll through, with its many little squares, medieval stone and timber framed houses, cool fountains, pavement cafes, restaurants and interesting shops. Enjoy a boat trip from the old port on the River Dordogne in a gabare, a flat bottomed traditional sailing barge.
Visit the Maison des Vins de Bergerac in the heart of the old town. It is a beautiful old cloister dating back to the 12th century. If you are a wine enthusiast there is an exhibition showing the history of Bergerac wines and its 13 appellations. The well known gastronomic restaurant La Flambee is within walking distance, offering fine eating with menus from 18 Euros.
