and view to the west. The villa is located in the Dordogne and has a private swimming pool with space for sunbathing. There are a number of terraces both at the front (south) and rear of the villa. Enjoy the fantastic view while enjoying a good glass of wine and barbecue on the terrace. There is also a garage and a carport. Ample parking. Villa Siebejean is situated on a quiet road with only local traffic.
The villa is on the edge of a charming town. Le Bugue town center is only 2 km away. The Vézère River is 800 meters away. The villa is detached with a view of the river valley. Nearby towns are Sarlat (30 min), Bergerac (45 min), Perigueux (45 min). Public transportation is available at 800 meters. The train station has connections to Bordeaux, Limoges, Perigueux.
