The holiday home is on three levels and offers six bedrooms and three shower rooms.
On the ground floor you will find an open, fully equipped kitchen/dining room with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle. There is a large wooden dining table and chairs and a sitting area with sofa
The stairs lead to the first floor and there you will find a sitting room with comfortable corner sofa, flat screen TV, armchairs and coffee table.
It opens onto a games room - with table football and lots of board and card games!
There are a total of 6 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is a twin room with a super king size double bed (180 cm wide), bedside tables, lamps and wardrobes
Bedroom 2 is also a twin room with a super king size double bed (180 cm wide), bedside tables, lamps and wardrobes
Bedroom 3 is a single room with a 120 cm bed, bedside tables and lamps.
These bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and separate shower, sink and toilet
On the second floor you will find the following rooms:
Bedroom 4 is a double bedroom, again each with a super king size bed (180cm), bedside tables and lamps
Bedroom 5 is also a double bedroom, again each with a super king size bed (180 cm), bedside tables and lamps
Bedroom 6 is the last bedroom, with a single bed
These bedrooms share a shower room with shower, sink and toilet completes the interior of the house

There is a huge, enclosed garden with several terraces with table and chairs and parasols for alfresco dining. The beautiful swimming pool measures 8mx4.5m and the depth varies from 80cm to 180cm. It is open and heated from May to the end of September. The temperature of the water depends on the weather conditions. The pool is fenced and gated for the safety of our younger visitors. There is parking for up to 5 cars
Villa Saintjames is located just 800 meters from the Porte des Tours of the magnificent Bastide of Domme, a medieval village classified as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France". You can easily walk to the village. There are several bars, restaurants and shops. The house is close enough to take advantage of the facilities but just outside the walls of the bastide, ensuring peace and quiet.
Domme is just a few miles from the pretty town of Sarlat and within easy reach of the caves of Lascaux and Padirac, as well as several chateaux - Beynac, Fenelon and Castelnaud being the best known.
All the well-known tourist attractions of the Dordogne and Vezere valleys are within easy reach, making this the ideal base from which to explore this beautiful part of France.
