The entrance/hall gives access to 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a double bed (180x200). 1 bedroom with sofa bed (160 x 200) for 2 persons, desk and games room.A luxurious bathroom with bath and shower facility
1st floor
On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and have air conditioning. 2 bedrooms have a beautiful view over the entire city and have a double bed (1x 180x200 and 1x 160x200). 3rd bedroom has a loft bed and a single bed. This room is ideal for children.
An attractive bathroom with bath and separate luxury shower and double washbasins. Separate toilet.
The villa has a basement, here you will find an extra freezer, washing machine and dryer. Continuing to the garage you will find play areas such as pool table, air hockey and table tennis.
Outside
The villa has a lanrge balcony with an automatic awning. On the balcony you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner! At garden level you have access to an outdoor kitchen complete with a large bar, lounge sofas, dining table and chairs. From this site you can overlook the garden, with private pool (4x9 meters) with sun loungers. It's a place where you can enjoy typical French cuisine and the best wines!
