Villa Laurent consists of 2 accommodations.
An old farmhouse that has been completely renovated. The character of the property has been retained and has been successfully renovated to a modern, spacious and bright layout.
On the ground floor you will find a beautiful open kitchen, modern and fully equipped with oven, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. There is a dining area with a large table and 8 chairs.
There are a total of 6 bedrooms and you will find 4 in this property.
Bedroom 1 has a 160 cm wide double bed and a wardrobe. The patio doors open out onto the courtyard. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a large walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet.
From the kitchen a few steps lead down to the laundry room which is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. You will also find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and a separate toilet. Ideal for your return from the pool!
Via the beautiful oak staircase you reach the upper floor.
There you will find a beautiful living room with high ceilings, exposed beams and stone walls. It is furnished with a sofa, comfortable chairs and a large flat screen TV. The fireplace insert is ideal for cooler evenings.
In addition, you will find bedroom 2. This is a master bedroom and it offers a double bed of 160 cm, an armchair and a dressing room. The adjoining bathroom offers a large shower, double sink and separate toilet.
Bedroom 3 and 4 are both equipped with a large double bed (160 cm), a chair and a cupboard.
These bedrooms share a large family bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet complete this floor.
Powerful mobile fans for the bedrooms will be available in the main building. The insulation is much better and the stone walls are 50cm thick, so it stays quite cool in this accommodation.

Located opposite the old farmhouse, on the other side of the courtyard, you will find a gite which is ideal for 4 other guests.
The large living room offers a sitting area with a sofa, coffee table and armchairs, and a dining area with a table and 6 chairs and a wood-burning stove.
A few steps lead up to the kitchen which is equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge and freezer. In addition, you will find the bathroom with shower and bathroom furniture and separate toilets complete this floor.
Upstairs you will find bedroom 5 and bedrooms 6.
Bedroom 5 has a large double bed of 160 cm and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 6 has two single beds, a chest of drawers and an armchair.

The large private swimming pool of 10x5 meters and equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is heated from May to September for optimal comfort. Secured by an electric roller shutter, it offers perfect safety for children. The two covered terraces offer a breathtaking view and are ideal for outdoor dining or aperitifs. A gas barbecue is available. The extensive garden offers large spaces and several romantic corners in the shade of ancient trees. There is room for at least 4 cars on site.
During the high season, preference is given to a rental of two consecutive weeks. Single weeks will be accepted as soon as they appear.
Located in the countryside and in the utmost tranquility and at the end of a long country road you will find Villa Laurent. Villa Laurent is located 1.5 km from the village of St Laurent la Vallée. There you will find a supermarket and restaurant. At 3 km you will find the picturesque village of St Pompon, where you will find a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a very nice market on Friday morning. The restaurant "L'Envie Des Mets" is very famous in the region!
Located in the heart of the Golden Triangle of the Périgord Noir, the main tourist sites of the Dordogne are easily accessible from the house. The medieval town of Sarlat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 25 km away. The Golf of Olivarie (18 holes) is less than 15 minutes away.
