Villa La Virague comprises a spacious main house for 8 people and a charming gîte for 2.
With over 200 m² of living space, you'll enjoy a pleasant combination of luxury, light, and spaciousness.
Living and Living Areas
On the ground floor, you'll find a generous living room of over 80 m² with a fully equipped kitchen, a large cooking island, and a cozy dining area. Here you can enjoy cooking with delicious Périgord products and dine in a warm and stylish atmosphere.
Adjacent is the elegant living room with comfortable leather sofas, armchairs, a beautiful stone fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. From the mezzanine – which overlooks the dining room and features a beautiful wooden desk and a comfortable seating area – you can enjoy peace, space, and an impressive cathedral structure.
Bedrooms
The sleeping area, accessible via a quiet hallway, offers four lovely bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200), wardrobe, built-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom with shower, double sink, and toilet.

Bedroom 4: two single beds (90x190) and built-in wardrobe.
Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 share a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, plus an additional separate toilet. A practical laundry room with an extra refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and ironing facilities completes the comfort.
All rooms have French doors opening onto the terrace and garden, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor experience in the summer.
The entire house is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
The Gîte
