Description
Villa La Muse consists of three houses situated around a charming courtyard. As the houses are never rented out separately to other guests, you have exclusive use of the entire property during your stay. The accommodation has a total floor area of approximately 375 m² and includes four toilets.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities are provided.
The first house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms; each bedroom has its own door opening onto the courtyard. Upstairs lies the impressive *salle des fêtes* (great hall) of 182 m², featuring a spacious living area, a large kitchen, a private bar, and an open fireplace. Natural stone walls, wooden beams, and original flooring give the house an authentic character. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, and both a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities are also available.
The second house features two bedrooms and a bathroom. The third house is entirely single-level and features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a compact living room with a wood-burning stove, and its own kitchen. The swimming pool is accessible from this house via a wheelchair-friendly route. A bedroom and bathroom are also located on the ground floor here.
In total, there are 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 people. Wi-Fi is available, and the bedrooms are equipped with fans. A baby cot and high chair are available for young children.

The large private swimming pool (12 x 6 meters) ranges in depth from approximately 1 to 2.30 meters and is fenced. It features a shallow end and is accessible from the third house via a wheelchair-friendly route. Sun loungers and parasols are arranged around the pool.
A covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue is located next to the pool. A wonderful spot for cooking together and spending long summer evenings. From the property, you can enjoy sweeping views of the lush green landscape of the Périgord Vert.
Villa La Muse enjoys a peaceful, rural setting, surrounded by meadows and charming villages. A village with a bakery, shops, a supermarket, and a restaurant is just 6 km away. Verteillac is approximately 6 km away, and Ribérac is 18 km away.
