Lovely family home with beautiful views and private pool

Villa La Mouette is a wonderful family home for 7 people (+ baby) and is located in a quiet valley on the border of the Dordogne and the Lot et Garonne. Less than 20 minutes from Bergerac airport in the South West of France. The villa has a beautiful private swimming pool and large garden with an exciting tree house.

Description
Villa Mouette has an attractive kitchen that is fully equipped and the comfortable lounge area has a cozy wood stove.

There are 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has 3 single beds
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and
Bedroom 3 also has a double bed. A cot can easily be placed in one of these rooms. There is Dutch television, fast internet and a closet full of fun games

 

There are 2 bathrooms. They each have a shower, sink and toilet. All windows and doors have insect screens. The bedrooms all have a ceiling or standing fan.

A washing machine is available.

Outside
The pool is fenced for safety and equipped with nice sun beds and you have a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. In front of and behind the house is a cozy patio where you can eat in the sun or shade. There is a carport for cars. The exciting tree house is a favorite with the kids!

The house is managed by Marcella and Yuri. They ensure that the house is in perfect order and are the contact persons in case of an emergency. They own Villa Lafage and live less than a 15-minute drive from Villa La Mouette. They have been renting out a beautiful pigeon tower for years, so they have a lot of experience in receiving guests!” In addition to taking care of the clean towels, the couple is happy to give tips on fun things to do in the area. They also like to share their favorite restaurants with you!

We had an amazing time! The kids loved the pool , the treehouse and the open space. The hammock in the shade was the best . We loved exploring the local markets, tasting wine and eating the tomatoes from your garden. We went kanoen which was great as well. Wat een geweldige week hebben we gehad in dit mooie, gezellige huis met alle comfort en goed uitgerust! De fijne stoelen, het prachtige uitzicht, de rust, de moestuin en de pluktuin maakten het plaatje compleet. En twee herten in de achtertuin, geweldig. Heel bijzonder. De omgeving is geweldig, veel leuke markten, kastelen en dergelijke. Kanoën is ook een aanrader. Bedankt voor de goede zorg. Fam. de Zwart.

We hebben genoten van onze week vakantie. We hadden onze fietsen meegenomen en hebben heerlijk gefietst. Het weer was geweldig en het was heerlijk om terug te komen in het vakantiehuis. Een duik in het zwembad en een drankje, wat wil je nog meer? Heerlijke rustige omgeving, prachtige heldere hemel met sterren en heerlijke bedden. We komen zeker terug.
