This wonderful holiday home is located in beautiful surroundings and only a few hundred meters from the world-famous city of Sarlat. Villa Francisca is new in our assortment and is located in a great location in the Dordogne. Sarlat is the perfect base to discover all the beautiful things the Dordogne has to offer. Villa Francisca is a very spacious holiday home for 8 people and completely renovated and very comfortable with, among other things, air conditioning. The villa is tastefully decorated and has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with a lovely heated swimming pool (open from the end of April - temperature heated to around 25 degrees) and a covered spacious outdoor kitchen with lounge set and barbecue where you can enjoy an aperitif or meal. That will be enjoyable!

Large modern living room with open kitchen (40m2) with direct access to the terrace and the private swimming pool.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, On the ground floor there is a beautiful bedroom with en-suite bathroom, ideal for elderly people with mobility issues or if you want some extra privacy.

Outside
Villa Francisca is very quiet, completely private and has a heated private swimming pool of 4 x 8 meters. The swimming pool is protected by an alarm which guarantees the safety of small children. There is enough parking space around the house. At the swimming pool is a covered area with lounge area, large dining table and BBQ. Dogs are very welcome. The garden is also completely fenced. So the ideal place for a holiday with dogs in the Dordogne.

On request of the owner, the precise location of the villa is only released after reservation.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Sarlat en zeker in een van jullie huisje.
We konden er geen beter plaatsje hebben uitgekozen. Dichtbij alles en toch rustig. Een goeie samenwerking met Serge.
Voor ons was het de eerste keer dat we zo een prive huis huurden met zwembad en samen met onze hond op reis gingen. En het was zalig.
Om nog meer te zeggen, we hebben al gekeken om volgend jaar terug te gaan naar een van de huisjes.

Wij hebben ten volle genoten van onze vakantie in het ideale gelegen huis in Sarlat-la-Canéda.
Het was super dat we te voet naar de bakker en het centrum konden wandelen.
We zijn dan ook alle dagen op restaurant geweest, heel fijn om niet steeds de auto te moeten nemen.
Het pannenkoekenhuis 'les Tulipes' van Johanna Van den Brink is vlakbij en kunnen we te zeerste aanbevelen voor zowel een zoete als een hartige pannenkoek.
Het huis van Serge (zeer vriendelijke man) was super leuk met de volledig omheinde tuin (aanrader voor mensen met een hondje) en hebben ten volle genoten van het zwembad en de petanque-baan, alsook van het overdekt zitgedeelte in de tuin waar het heerlijk was om te ontbijten.
We zijn bijvoorbeeld ook naar het verrassend mooie Domme geweest, heel gezellig stadje.
In la Roque-Gageac hebben we een boottochtje gedaan langs de kastelen wat ook leuk was omdat onze viervoeter mee mocht op de boot.
Les Jardins d'eau was ook zeer zeker een bezoekje waard.
We hebben ook een wandelingetje gemaakt met onze viervoeter rond het meer van Grolejac.

Thank you. We had a wonderful holiday. Villa Francisca was beautiful, well equipped and in the perfect location. We were only a couple but I can imagine it would be perfect for families, who would enjoy the petanque are and ping pong table in tbe garden. The pool is perfectly clean and a good size and the barbecue area was ideal.
Serge, the owner was very helpful and came to clean the pool a couple of times, but never disturbed our holiday. It was literally 5 minutes walk into the beautiful town centre of Sarlat but still felt peaceful and private. Having a car meant we had easy access to all of the other fantastic attractions of the Dordogne and surrounding area.
I will recommend it to friends and colleagues, especially those with families or groups of friends.
