Villa Feija is a beautiful holiday home for 10 people in the Dordogne with private pool. Villa Feija consists of two wings with two different sleeping areas, ideal if you are going on holiday with several families and still want some privacy. The house is located in the middle of the Dordogne and close to the most famous sights.

The house faces south and all rooms have windows that offer great views over the pool and the garden. There is ample entrance and a beautiful wooden staircase to the first floor. The living room has cozy seating areas with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. The patio doors give access to the front garden. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. There are a dining table and chairs for up to 10 guests and armchairs to relax in another wood stove. The adjoining utility room offers a large fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board and plenty of room for storage. There is a dryer in the separate garage. From the kitchen, the wooden staircase leads to the first floor. There is a spacious landing with a wardrobe.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom and a chest of drawers.
These 2 bedrooms share a shower room with shower, sink and toilet. These two other bedrooms are located in the other wing of the house, accessible from the entrance via the beautiful oak staircase. Also on this side is a large landing with a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 4 is a large family bedroom, with a double bed and two single beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath with shower, sink and toilet.

The house is situated on a large plot and has a great view of the south over the rolling countryside. The swimming pool is in the sun all day. The surrounding terrace is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is secured by an alarm and a removable fence, for high security. There is a large terrace with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. For extra entertainment there is a large garage with a table tennis table and a football table. There is ample parking for up to 5 cars.
The heated pool is open from the beginning of April to the end of October
Carves is a beautiful village in the heart of the Dordogne with all tourist attractions at your fingertips. The villages Beynac, La Roque Gageac, Domme and Sarlat are all within a radius of 20 km. For the golfers there are two golf courses, Golf de l'Olivarie (18 holes) and Golf de la Forge (9 holes) both located at Siorac and Périgord just 5 km from the house.
