Villa Fauvel is a large holiday home (230m²) in the Dordogne for 10 people with a private swimming pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric/gas stove with hob, raclette and a fondue maker.
There is a cozy lounge with a large fireplace. A games room with table tennis, table football and much more.

There are 4 bathrooms with both a shower and/or a bath, sinks and toilets. In the utility room you will find a washing machine, dryer and ironing set.

Outside
Around the villa you will find several terraces with garden furniture/barbecue. In the summer you will spend most of your time outside. There is a beautiful private swimming pool (6x12m). Depth is 130cm. For the safety of the youngest visitors, the swimming pool is equipped with an alarm. Villa Fauvel is located on a domaine with a large romantic park with access to the Nauze, a tributary of the Dordogne. There are a number of bicycles available. You can park several cars on site.
The Domaine is centrally located in the tourist area of the Dordogne. At 3 km: Siorac-en-Périgord with its beaches on the Dordogne where you can canoe and kayak. At 2 km: Belves, one of the most beautiful villages in France. At 15 km: Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil, world capital of prehistory and the cradle of humanity (Cro-Magnon). The prestigious medieval city of Sarlat-la-Canéda, capital of the Périgord Noir, is 20 km away. At 20 km: La Roque Saint Christophe, a village in the caves at an altitude of 80 meters and 1 kilometer long. Near "La Maison forte" of Reignac, the last intact example of a "Château-falaise" in France.
Many historical sites are located in the vicinity of the Domain, reachable in less than 1 hour: Monpazier, the castles of Beynac and Cazenac, Montignac/Lascaux, Rocamadour. For golf enthusiasts: 2 courses Lolivarie and La Forge both 1 km away. You can explore the area in a hot air balloon or take a boat trip on the Dordogne.
