Located in the Périgord Noir, you will find the Villa Eloise Rouffignac 1.5 kilometers from the village of Rouffignac St. Cernin. Villa Eloise Rouffignac is the ideal holiday home for 7 people and has a heated swimming pool and breathtaking views over a wooded valley. In the village you can find a bakery, supermarket and restaurants. Every Sunday morning there is a market in this village where you can buy local products. In July and August there is a farmer's market on Wednesday evening with live music.
Ground floor:
Villa Eloise Rouffignac has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms There is a luxury kitchen with cooking island. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge / freezer, toaster, oven, juicer, coffee maker, traditional Godin stove and adjacent dining table. From the kitchen you enter the spacious living room with two sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player, a dining table and a desk with internet connection. There are various board games in the bookcase.
On the ground floor is a bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and washing machine. Opposite the bathroom is a separate toilet. The bedroom has a double bed and a large closet where you can store your clothes.
1st floor:
Two bedrooms, the first bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has three single beds. The bathroom has a large sink, bath and a towel dryer.
Outside:
You can enjoy the panoramic view. There is a covered terrace where you can dine and use the electric Weber barbecue. The private pool is heated minus 26 ° C from the beginning of June to the middle of October.
Note: Villa Eloise Rouffignac is located together with the owner's house on a 5 hectare site, but both houses offer plenty of privacy. On request it is possible to have your first groceries taken care of (for example if you expect to arrive late at night). We can lend all baby equipment (highchair, changing mat, cot, buggy, etc.) and even babysit your children if you wish. The exact location of the house will only be communicated by reservation.
The domain is the ideal starting point for excursions to beautiful medieval villages, caves, castles, gardens and museums. The domain is 1.5 km from the village of Rouffignac, where you will find shops, a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and a nice weekly market. Rouffignac is close to Montignac with the famous Lascaux cave. In Rouffignac itself is the famous cave of the 100 mammoths, an immense cave that you can explore from the comfort of an electric train. This cave is the culmination of prehistoric art, with drawings and engravings of bison, ibex, rhinoceros and mammoth - ancient art from 13000 years ago.
