Villa D'Allon is a beautiful holiday home for 14 people and is located in the heart of a vast landscaped park at the gates of the most beautiful place in the Dordogne: Sarlat. Indispensable is the private swimming pool and the panoramic view and closed parking.

Villa D'Allon has a living area of 350m² and offers on the ground floor:
A large entrance with a beautiful living room of over 60m² and 5m high ceilings. The lounge is elegantly furnished with two sofas, armchairs and a coffee table around the beautiful fireplace. Large TV. The designer table and the large bar cabinet invite you to share happy moments of conviviality.
The small adjoining lounge offers a sofa, a coffee table and many board games for young and old.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a semi-professional 5-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine and much more. The market in Sarlat is nearby and there you can buy delicious seasonal products.
Next to it you will find the dining room with table and 10 chairs. Access to the covered terrace, drowned under the wisteria.
There are separate toilets with washbasin and they complete this floor.
With its many French doors, the ground floor is wide open to the landscaped park and makes "indoor/outdoor" circulation ideal in summer.
From the entrance, the wide staircase leads to the first floor which divides successively:
A large landing with desk and comfortable chair
There are a total of 6 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a nice and large storage cupboard
This room has its own private bathroom with bath, bathroom furniture and toilet.
The other bedrooms are located to the right of the landing.
Bedroom 2 has a bed of 140 cm wide, chest of drawers, small wardrobe and washbasin. The miller's ladder leads to a mezzanine with an extra bed for a child.
Bedroom 3 also has a 140 cm double bed and two bedside tables. There is a built-in cupboard/wardrobe in the hallway
Bedroom 4 is the last bedroom on this floor and also has a double bed of 160 cm with a large chest of drawers and a washbasin.
In the middle of the floor is the shared bathroom with a marble walk-in shower and bathroom furniture.
A separate toilet completes this floor.
The second sleeping area is on the lower level of the home:
Bedroom 5 is a large children's room and has 3 single beds and direct access to the garden through the glass door. It has a small bathroom with shower and sink.
Opposite you will find bedroom 6 and it is also furnished with a double bed, a cupboard and a wardrobe. Particularly cool in summer, yet more than light thanks to the beautiful glass arch that overlooks the garden. There is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing set, second large fridge / freezer and toilets complete the more than complete interior of the house.

The beautiful park with trees and flowers, of more than two hectares (!!!), offers peace and serenity and many romantic corners conducive to relaxation. The lovely terrace is located under the wisteria and is equipped with two large garden tables and a barbecue. The garden furniture is an invitation to long lazy afternoons. Under the terrace you will find the private swimming pool and that completes the idyllic picture. Sized 10x5m and 1.50 to 2m deep, it is equipped with many sun loungers and parasols. The private parking is suitable for 4 cars. Electric gate available.

Villa d'Allon is ideally located 2 km from the heart of the medieval town of Sarlat. The historic center, the shops, restaurants and the beautiful colorful market on Saturday morning and Wednesday morning are a 15-minute walk away!
Being in the center of the "Golden Triangle of the Périgord Noir" you will be spoiled for choice with caves, chateaux and villages to visit in the immediate vicinity of the house. Golf, greenway, horse riding, tennis courts, river Dordogne are all accessible within a radius of less than 10 km.
