Villa Colombier de Monflanquin is a beautiful 17 century holiday villa for 11 people with a large private swimming pool and is situated between Villeréal and Monflanquin. The entire domaine is reserved for the tenants. This way you enjoy the peace, space and relaxation during your vacation.
Description
The shaded courtyard is approximately 200 m². The perfect place where you can dine with family or friends at a large garden table with chairs until late into the night, play cards or other board games. There is a stone barbecue at your disposal.
Holiday villa
It is a mansion of 320 m². The hall with the WiFi point (VPN connection). There is a large living room with a flat-screen TV, a library (books in French and in English) and a large sofa. A small lounge with various board games (Monopoly, pictionary, chess game, puzzles and games for children). The spacious kitchen with dining room is equipped with everything needed for cooking. The electrical equipment includes: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge freezer and microwave. Kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 1 towel) are included in the rent. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with a sink, a washing machine, 2 drying racks, an ironing board and iron, electric plate and the necessities to do the household (vacuum cleaner, mop, broom).

Bedroom 1 has two single beds 90 x 200 cm

Bed linen includes the rental price and is provided free of charge.
Towels are provided for free. A large of 140x70 cm and a small of 40x70 cm per person.
The first bathroom has a sink and a bathtub.
The second bathroom is located next to the laundry room and is equipped with a walk-in shower, a bath and double sinks. Hair dryers are ready. Adjacent to the bathrooms are the toilets.
Baby equipment is available upon request.
2 baby cots, a small crib, a changing table with changing mat, 2 child seats (type Combelle), a chair lift for meals and a freestanding bathtub. There are also fitted sheets and a bathrobe for the little ones.
Outside
You will be entrusted with a shady park of 2500 m². A play area for children or a place of relaxation with a view of the bastide of Monflanquin. The private swimming pool is 11 x 5 meters and has a flat bottom (from 0.90 m to 1.40 m deep) and is equipped with an electrical cover. The pool house is equipped with a separate toilet, sun beds, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is enough space to park cars and there is a garage that you can use. There are 8 bicycles for adults and 2 children's bicycles. There are also outdoor games such as petanque and football goals.
Additional rental conditions, points of interest on departure and other useful information are available through the landlord. During the stay you will be asked to separate waste and to leave the house tidy.
Located in the heart of "des Bastides and Haut Agenais", on the border of the Périgord and against the village of Monflanquin. The village has a beautiful central square, in addition the Zwarte Prinsenhuis and the Fortress Museum are more than worth a visit. You will find here a restaurant, bakery and supermarket and every Thursday morning there is a market on Place de Arcades. Nearby are the characteristic villages of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Pujols, Villeréal and Monpazier. You can visit castles, caves with prehistoric paintings or visit the vineyards of Montbazillac and Cahors.
