With a total area of over 200m², Villa Capiol Domme offers on the ground floor a huge living room with two comfortable sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV and dining table and chairs. The beautifully equipped kitchen is fully equipped with, for example, a cooking island, hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is a compact laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and a separate toilet completes this floor.
On the first floor a long corridor gives access to the next bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom, very spacious, with a double bed (140cm), bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe.
This room has a private bathroom with bath and shower, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 2 is the blue bedroom and also offers a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a nice wardrobe
Bedroom 3 has two single beds and a bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
All three bedrooms have the added benefit of having a patio door leading to the balcony and the amazing views beyond!
A second staircase leads to the top floor, nestled under the eaves you will find bedroom 4. This is also a double bedroom with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a charming single bed built into an alcove - ideal for a child who wants to be close to their parents! Adjacent you will find a large en suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
For the comfort of our guests, the house is fully air-conditioned.
In the basement you will find a table tennis table and a billiard table, which promises fun moments.

Despite the fact that the interior of the house is well equipped, you will probably spend most of your time outside. There is a large terrace equipped with table and chairs and umbrellas for alfresco dining, while looking out at the view! There is a lovely private swimming pool of 10m x 5m with sun loungers and parasols. It is secured with a gate and an alarm. The large garden is spread over several levels and consists of hundred year old trees and lawns. There is a parking space for 3 cars
Villa Capiol Domme is located just 600 meters from the Porte Delbos of the beautiful Bastide of Domme, a medieval village that belongs to the "Most Beautiful Villages of France". You can easily walk to the village, with all its many bars, restaurants and shops. Villa Capiol Domme is close to many facilities, but is located just outside the walls of the bastide, ensuring peace and quiet.
Domme is just a few kilometers from the pretty town of Sarlat and within easy reach of the caves of Lascaux and Padirac, as well as several castles - Beynac, Fenelon and Castelnaud being the best known.
All the well-known tourist attractions of the Dordogne and Vezere valleys are within easy reach, making this the ideal base from which to explore this beautiful part of France.
