The spacious open-plan living room is divided into two comfortable areas:
Lounge: With two sofas, an armchair, coffee table, lamps, and a smart TV. French doors lead to the terrace and pool area.
Dining area: With a solid wood dining table for 6 and a sideboard.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary crockery and utensils. There is a small breakfast table with chairs.
TV room: Cozy and perfect for children or young adults, with a flat-screen TV, game consoles, and DVD connections. A wide selection of books is also available.
Bedrooms:
Villa Bouzic has four bedrooms in total.
Ground floor: Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160 cm), a large wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. The toilet is separate.
First floor: The stairs lead to the other three bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 cm), bedside tables, lamps, and a chest of drawers. These rooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Outside

Changeover day is flexible, 4 days in Mid season / 7 days in July / 10 days in August
