Villa Belves has a spacious hall with separate toilet room with urninal.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has patio doors to the terrace. There is a Boretti gas stove (6 burner) and a very large oven. There is sufficient crockery and cutlery available. There are two refrigerators, each with a separate freezer compartment. The cozy dining room has a fireplace and a large dining table with sideboard.

The rooms all have double beds (with good mattresses) and a spacious linen closet. Each bedroom has French windows with a ventilation setting and mosquito screens. So you will not be bothered by mosquitoes and flies. There is enough space in all rooms to place a guest bed or baby bed.

A separate staircase takes you to the basement, where the guesthouse is located. There you will find a cozy living room with fireplace and TV. A bar (with separate refrigerator and 2 sinks) with a good music system.

There is a large swimming pool of 12 x 6 m with a veranda with lounge set. Depth of the pool is 0.5 to 3 meters. The freshwater swimming pool is easy to access via a stone staircase. From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view over the green valleys of the Dordogne. There are 2 barbecues, various sun loungers, various garden sets and parasols. There are several terraces: 400 m2, including 2 covered terraces (3 x 4 m and 11 x 4 m) with a beautiful outdoor kitchen, large barbecue and plancha, extra refrigerator, dining area and lounge area. There is a play area with a sandbank for the small children. And a petanque court for the adults. In the evening you can enjoy a delicious French wine by the illuminated swimming pool. The large terrace with the swimming pool in front of the villa is lockable for small children.
Villa Belvès has a breathtaking view; you look at the ancient town Belvès and over the valley. And still you are only a few minutes away from the village Siorac, located at the Dordogne river with a supermarket, a baker, shops and restaurants. In the Dordogne valley is so much to enjoy and experience that a stay of several weeks is recommended.
Activities
All famous sites such as Domme, Les Eyzies and Sarlat are within easy reach. If you like hiking, water sports, horseback riding or biking, you will enjoy the hills and the valleys, where the Perigord is famous for. There are also marked hiking trails. You can also make a boat-trip on the Dordogne river and see the castles from the water like the famous castle of Beynac, from the Jeanne d'Arc Movie and is the castle Les Milandes of Josephine Baker. A 9 - and a 18-hole golf course are within 5 minutes of the house. There are many castles and museums to visit, fascinating caves to admire and activities especially for children. The tourist office in Siorac is opened daily to provide you with all information.
