Villa Amanda is a typical French holiday home for 10 to 12 people with a fantastic view over the hills of the Dordogne. Villa Amanda has a beautiful new private pool with lounge area and is not far from Saint Amand de Coly and Montignac. The original 17th century farmhouse has been transformed into a true holiday paradise, where many families have already preceded you! Villa Amanda is just 2 kilometers from the center of Saint Amand de Coly. The daily shops you will find in Terrasson and that medieval town is 8 kilometers away. Terrasson is situated on the Vézère river. There are, among other things, 5 large supermarkets. There are also several restaurants; in the old and new part.
Description
On the ground floor is the living and dining room with wooden beams, wooden floor, pantry and kitchen and French doors to the garden. The sitting room is also on the ground floor and has French doors to the beautiful terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a good wifi connection throughout the house and there is satellite TV, a CD and stereo system.

On the ground floor is the first bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower cabin and double sinks. There is a separate toilet.

On top of the first floor is a study room with a single bed. A second bedroom with a king size bed, the third bedroom has a double bed, the fourth and fifth have both two single beds plus an extra single bed. There is also a cot available, where your baby or toddler can sleep! The bathroom upstairs has a shower and there is a separate toilet.
Outside
There are two beautiful gardens. So you can sit in the sun or look for shade in the summer. There is a large new swimming pool (9 x 3 meters) with attractive lounge area and table tennis. Enjoy the great environment outside. There are sufficient garden furniture available. And you can prepare your meals outside on the barbecue. On the property there is ample parking for various cars.
The medieval town of Terrasson is located on the enchanting river Vézère. In Terrasson are all stores that you need. There are 5 large supermarkets and several restaurants in the old and new part. Montignac at 5 km, known from the famous caves of Lascaux, where the first cave drawings of the prehistoric humans were found. Montignac is a lively town with many restaurants along the river and 2 supermarkets. At 20 km the capital of the Black Perigord: Sarlat, a medieval city known for its atmosphere, food and buildings! Salignac-Eyvigues is a beautiful town with a castle. There are 6 golf courses within a radius of 50 km.
