Vallee de Rouffignac is the ideal base to discover the most beautiful places of the Perigord Noir. The holiday home is in a quiet location and has a private swimming pool and a magnificent view over the green valley.
Description
Vallee de Rouffignac is spread over 2 floors. The living area is on the first floor. The first floor consists of a cozy living room with a flat screen TV, DVD player and a dining table. There is a WiFi connection available. The open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and a toilet.
There is a large, shaded terrace with dining table so you can also enjoy a delicious meal outside. From here you have a beautiful view over the green valley.
The 4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Ideal because on this floor it is pleasantly cool during the summer days.:
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (140x200) and a bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed (140x200) and direct access to the terrace on the ground floor.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90x200), Bedroom 4 is located on the mezzanine and has two single beds (90x200). It is possible to place an extra single bed in each children's room.
There is a separate bathroom with a bath and toilet.
A baby cot, high chair, changing mat and buggy are available on request.
Outside
A terrace with sun beds and a lower swimming pool of 5.8x 3.8 with a depth of 1.20 meters. There is an alarm and security on the gate of the fence. There are 2 swings where the children can enjoy themselves.
There is a second holiday home on the property, 021. Villa Eloise Rouffignac. The houses both have complete privacy and are perfectly located for a wonderful holiday.
During the high season, preference is given to a rental of two consecutive weeks. Single weeks will be accepted as soon as they appear.
The domain is the ideal starting point for excursions to beautiful medieval villages, caves, castles, gardens and museums. The domain is 1.5 km from the village of Rouffignac, where you will find shops, a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and a nice weekly market. Rouffignac is close to Montignac with the famous Lascaux cave. In Rouffignac itself is the famous cave of the 100 mammoths, an immense cave that you can explore from the comfort of an electric train. This cave is the culmination of prehistoric art, with drawings and engravings of bison, ibex, rhinoceros and mammoth - ancient art from 13000 years ago.
Activities
If you like hiking, water sports, horse riding or cycling, and you want to push your boundaries, you will find what you are looking for in the hills and valleys of the Périgord. For golfers there is an 18 hole golf course at 6km. Canoeing in Saint Léon sur Vézère. For the little ones Jacquou Parc: a three-in-one amusement park. An animal farm, a permanent fairground with many attractions and a water paradise with swimming pools and water slides.
