The house offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped designer kitchen, and a beautiful loft-style living room. Although the villa is located a short distance from Sarlat's historic center, it is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by nature. This allows you to enjoy optimal privacy and total serenity.
The various terraces, the spacious 2000 m² garden, the heated private pool, and the breathtaking views over the valley promise an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Périgord Noir.

Living Spaces
Sarlat Deluxe is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find an impressive living space of over 80 m² with high ceilings, decorated in an elegant loft style.

Two comfortable sofas, a stylish console table, several coffee tables, and a beautiful stone fireplace with a wood-burning stove create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Dining Room
A large wooden table seats eight guests for long, convivial dinners.
Open-Plan Kitchen
The kitchen, separated from the dining room by a large designer island with a heat-resistant quartzite worktop, is equipped with everything you need to cook with local, regional produce.
Equipped with: induction cooktop with extractor fan, refrigerator, wine cooler, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and percolator, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, blender, food processor, croque monsieur maker, and more.

A spacious basement features an additional fridge-freezer and a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, steam ironing station, ironing board, and drying rack.
Outdoors
While the interior spaces offer a wealth of comfort, it is outdoors that Sarlat Deluxe reveals its unique charm. The enclosed 2000 m² garden offers complete privacy and various areas for relaxing or playing – ideal under the shade of a beautiful, crooked oak tree.

Aperitif area with garden furniture and an inviting corner sofa under the wisteria. Overlooking this elegant setting, the swimming pool and the large wooden terrace are, of course, exclusively reserved for you. The pool is 7 m long x 3 m wide and 1.20 m deep and is secured with a retractable roller cover. For the comfort of our guests, the pool is heated from May to mid-October.
Parking for 4 to 5 cars is available on the property grounds.
All parking is reserved for private use.
Changeover days are flexible. A minimum of 4 days is required during mid-season, 7 days in July, and 10 days in August.
The price includes all charges, except:
* 3% service charge
* Tourist tax of €2.65/adult/night
* Mandatory cleaning fee: €250

* Additional charge for dogs (maximum 2): €75/dog/stay
Booking process:
* 25% deposit upon booking
