A utility room with a second fridge freezer and washing machine. A large and cozy living room with exposed beams and stone fireplace. The patio doors give access to the rear terrace and pool. The dining area is equipped with a large wooden dining table and chairs.
The lounge is located around the lovely fireplace with two comfortable sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player. The playroom is a paradise for kids with a foodballtable and a lounge. A first bedroom with two single beds (90 cm wide) and wardrobe. A separate toilet with sink. The toilet has a wide door for wheelchairs.

Outside
The garden is fully enclosed and at the rear of the house there is a large private pool. The pool is fully fenced and gated for the safety of the children. For additional entertainment there is a sandbox and a swing. The covered terrace is located around the pool, has a built-in barbecue and is ideal for dining al fresco, while you enjoying the lovely views over the surrounding countryside.
Belvès, medieval town with seven belltowers, is near the Bessède forest. The countryside is full of small castles, old stone houses, mysterious cluzeaux and examples of rural architecture such as pigeon-houses, stone huts and wash houses.
