This detached holiday home is located at 2 km from Belvès , surrounded by vast forests, ideal for beautiful walks . In the large garden (2200 m² ) you will enjoy the peace and of course the beautiful private pool ( 8m x 4 m, depth 1:10 - 1.70 m ) with surrounding a sun terrace facing south with six chairs . Next to the house you have a lovely spot with shade, garden furniture and picnic table. Here and at the pool, you have a completely unobstructed view over the fields and hills .
Belvès : The covered market , seven bell towers and the old city walls , is this medieval bastide known as one of the most beautiful villages of France. You are here in the heart of the Périgord Noir , the most popular part of the Dordogne . The cozy Sarlat ( 35 km ) is the capital of the region, a lovely town with many terraces , the famous Cathédrale de Saint Sacerdos and its market on Saturday with delicious foie gras and truffles . Also visit the bastide Domme ( 30 km ) with stunning views of the Dordogne valley, La Roque - Gageac ( 25 km , boat trip on the Dordogne River ) and Beynac ( 15 km, also canoe rental ) . Supermarket in Siorac ( 6 km ) . Post office, bank and restaurants in Belvès ( 2 km ) . Bakery in Fongauffier ( 1 km ) .
