La Petite Maison de Castels is a charming one-bedroom holiday cottage situated on the edge of the lively medieval village of St. Cyprien, with shops, restaurants, and a lively twice-weekly market. It is therefore ideal for a couple.

La Petite Castels is spread over two floors and comprises, on the terrace level, a bright and sunny living room with:
- a fully equipped kitchen and dining area
- a sitting area with two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table.
Two large French doors open onto the L-shaped terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing outdoors. From the entrance hall, a staircase leads to the lower floor, which remains pleasantly cool in summer.
The 30m² bedroom features a new super-king size bed (which can be separated into two single beds), two bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, and two chairs. It has a sitting area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent is the recently renovated bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, sink, storage space, and a washing machine. There is a separate toilet.
Please note that Wi-Fi is only available on the terrace, in the garden, and by the pool.

The gite has a lawned garden with flowers. The garden is fully fenced, and pets are welcome. The two terraces, one on the kitchen level and one on the bedroom level, are equipped with a table and chairs and a seating area. The large 14 x 7 meter swimming pool is located on the other side of the garden. It enjoys sunshine from morning until late afternoon. The pool is shared with the owners, whose holiday home is on the same plot. You can park your car right next to the gite.
The charming shops and restaurants of the picturesque village of St. Cyprien are within walking distance of the house. On Sunday mornings, there is a very attractive and colorful market with local fruit and vegetable producers and delicacies. The medieval town of Saint Cyprien, with its beautiful, centuries-old roofs merging around the abbey church, is also worth a visit. Its geographical location, on a slope above the banks of the Dordogne River, makes Saint Cyprien a hub for countless exceptional sights within a 30-kilometer radius..
