Description of the holiday home
On the ground floor is a compact but fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, waist-height oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The house is ideal for a comfortable stay in a lovely holiday home in Lot-et-Garonne.
Adjacent to this is a spacious shower room with a toilet and washing machine. The cosy dining room features a large dining table for 8 people and opens onto a sunny south-facing terrace.
The holiday home has three bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and one on the first floor. One bedroom is fitted with a sofa bed, making this child-friendly holiday home in France particularly flexible.
On the first floor is the third spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath and shower, and a separate toilet.
All bedrooms have characteristic wooden beams, ample storage space and fans for comfort. A cot and high chair are provided, making this a suitable family holiday home in the South of France.
The cosy living room on the first floor offers a welcoming seating area with a fireplace and a bar with a small fridge and sink. A stone staircase leads directly from the living room to the swimming pool.

The 10 x 6 metre swimming pool is secured with an alarm system, is maintained with chlorine and has Roman steps. Around the pool you will find sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. Next to the pool is a fully equipped covered outdoor kitchen with an electric hob, plancha, gas barbecue, sink and fridge. This makes it an ideal holiday home with an outdoor kitchen in the South of France.The garden offers both sun and shade, with a sunny terrace on the south side and a large lawn on the north and east sides, perfect for families, games and relaxation.
There is ample parking on the property with a lockable gate.
In addition to towels and bed linen in the house, pool towels are also available.
Please note: the owners live in the house for most of the year, so there are a few personal belongings in the house. It is a charming and welcoming home, carefully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay.
