Manoir Le Conte is an amazing and luxurious holiday home with private pool for 8 people and has a breathtaking panoramic view over the beautiful landscape of the Dordogne. Manoir Le Conte is not far from Cenac et Saint Julien. Manoir Le Conte dates back to the 17th century but has been transformed into a beautiful holiday residence where you will feel like a “God in France”.

Manoir Le Conte has a total living area of 250m² and is fully equipped for 8 people.
On the ground floor there is a spacious open kitchen and a beautiful dining area and a large living room with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, rich cooking utensils and crockery. At the right of the dining room is a separate toilet and bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. On the 1st floor, reached by stairs from the kitchen and dining room, there is a bathroom with toilet and shower.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed
Bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed
From the living room there is access to the tower.
From this room a staircase leads to Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds and a separate bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. On the other side on the 1st floor you will find bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 is a large bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
Outside
Manoir La Conte is located on a site of 14,000m², largely consisting of an oak forest. The natural garden is 2400m² and in front and behind the house there is a terrace with a rich interior. The terrace in front of the house has a nice dining table. It invites you to a beautiful dinner on warm summer evenings. The swimming pool 4.5 x 8.5 m is located on the side below the house and is surrounded by a terrace of approximately 180 m². The pool has an outdoor shower and associated furnishings. The swimming pool is available from May to the end of September.
The manor is located in the middle of a 14,000 m² black oak forest and is surrounded by approximately 2,500 m² natural garden. Our manor is located in Cénac-et-Saint-Julien (hamlet of Conte), Dordogne, France. Within half an hour you can visit several beautiful castles and impressive caves, which are definitely worth a visit. Nearby are several medieval villages where you can enjoy architecture, culture and local culinary specialties (eg Sarlat-la-Canéda, Beynac-et-Cazenac, Domme, Belvès and Limeuil).
There are also many opportunities for sports activities. Hiking in the beautiful countryside, a mountain bike ride through the unspoilt forests, an 18-hole golf course (30 minutes), a canoe trip (different distances possible) or a boat trip with a Gabare on the river Dordogne.
The nearest airports are Brive-la-Gaillarde (60 minutes) and Bergerac (75 minutes) by car. The nearest train station is in Sarlat-la-Canéda (connecting to Bordeaux), just 20 minutes from the house. Souillac train station (with direct access to Paris and Toulouse) is just 40 minutes away.
