Located at the end of an avenue and with a large private garden, this location guarantees a peaceful holiday, only 500 meters from the center of the market town of Le Bugue, with many cozy restaurants, shops and a bi-weekly market. You can leave the car and easily walk to all facilities!
The main building of Manoir le Bugue is ideal for 6 people and the adjacent Pigeonnier can accommodate a further 4 people. Our guests have the sole and exclusive use of the beautiful swimming pool, the terraces and the huge mature garden.

With a surface area of 2350 m², all on one level, the main house offers:
* A spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a large worktop, high-quality electrical appliances (gas hob, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser) and a large farmhouse table for 10 people. Everything you need to prepare the fresh local produce bought at the local market!
* An adjoining formal dining room with a wooden table and 10 chairs.
* A bright living room of 50 m², the heart of the house, with two large patio doors leading to the terrace. It comprises:
- A games room with a pool table.
- A comfortable seating area around the beautiful stone fireplace, with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a large flat screen TV and Netflix.
The three bedrooms are accessed via an inner hallway, providing peace and quiet:
Bedroom 1 has two single beds, bedside tables and wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 has a large double bed (160cm wide), bedside tables and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has an extra large double bed (180cm wide), bedside table and a huge dressing area.
These 3 bedrooms share a large family bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double sinks. Adjacent is a separate toilet. Another separate toilet on the ground floor completes this floor.
The 2 other bedrooms are located in the adjacent stone tower, overlooking the pool:
Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor, a bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
On the first floor is the final bedroom. Bedroom 5 has a large double bed (160cm wide), bedside tables and a wardrobe. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
Please note: the two bedrooms are not connected from the inside.

Manoir Le Bugue has a huge garden of 4000 m² with several lawns and romantic shade under the hundred year old trees. There is a beautiful private pool measuring 8m x 4m, with a depth 140cm and secured with a submerged alarm and open from May to September. There are several sunbeds and umbrellas. The large terrace under the pergola offers a dining table and chairs for up to 10 people. Located at the end of the pool, you can keep an eye on the kids in the pool while enjoying a chilled glass of wine. An extra seating area has been created around the fire pit, ideal for lying under the stars!
You can easily park up to 3 cars in the parking lot.
Changeover day is Saturday in July (minimum 7 days) and in August (minimum 14 days) / Flexible in mid season (minimum 7 days)
Manoir Le Bugue is located in a quiet area of the market town of Le Bugue with all local shops, a colored market, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The Vezere River is in the city center and the Dordogne River is just 5 km away.
Located in the Golden Triangle of Dordogne, Le Bugue is the ideal place to explore the surrounding area, as well as the Dordogne valley, the medieval town of Sarlat, hundreds of castles, those of Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, the most famous, but also gardens , colored markets, flea markets, canoe trips and the Vezere valley with the beautiful places Les Eyzies, capital of the Prehistoy, La Roque St Christophe, St Léon su Vezee, the caves of Fond de Gaume, Lascaux. There is so much to see and visit in the immediate area!
