The main house has on the ground floor
A large hall. A large and elegant living room of about 80m² with two comfortable sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, a piano and a majestic fireplace. A second TV lounge with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, electric ovens, microwave, 4 gas rings, hob. The range of dishes, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils is generous. There is a table and chairs for breakfast. The dining room has a large table and 10 chairs and a dresser. The lounge, kitchen and dining room all have French doors leading to the garden and terraces. There is a shower room with a shower cubicle, a sink, toilet, washer and dryer. There is a separate toilet.
From the hall leads a large staircase to the 1st floor:
A large hallway has a cot and a chest with drawers.
The western part of the corridor consists of
Bedroom 1: A twin bedroom (beds can be made together to make a big double) with two bedside tables, an armchair and a chest with drawers. This room also has a small living room connected to a TV, 2 armchairs, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe. There is a small bed where a child could sleep. This room is also accessible from the dining room.
The eastern part of the accommodation consists of:
Bedroom 2: The master bedroom with a king size bed (two separate mattresses), large wardrobe on the total length of the room, chest of drawers, two armchairs.
Bedroom 3: The bedroom has a 140 cm large bed, built-in wardrobe and desk. . Connected to this bedroom is a 4th bedroom (the twin beds can also be joined into a double) with built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
These bedrooms share a large family bathroom with two sinks, shower cubicle, bath, bidet and separate toilet.
OUTSIDE

The panoramic view over the countryside is the "cherry on the cake" of this amazing holiday accommodation. The garden is large and well maintained, consisting of lawns and many large trees and shrubs. The outdoor terrace with dining area is under the wisteria. It is equipped with garden furniture and a bbq, where you can dine deliciously. The second terrace is situated in the sun (all day)and is also equipped with a large table and 8 chairs. A few meters away is the private swimming pool of 12mx6m. It is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. At the front of the house is a parking space for at least 4 cars. The plot is for safety for you and your children fully sealed with electric gates.
Maison Saint-Chamassy is located in a very quiet area and only 5 minutes from the busy cities such as Le Bugue and Les Eyzies. The Prehistoric International Museum, and the Fond de Gaume caves, are just 10 minutes from the house. This place is therefore ideal for those who want a peaceful holiday but also want to visit the many attractions of the Dordogne. In the area you will also discover many local markets where you can try the Perigord specialties. Various golf courses are also nearby.
