The spacious open-plan kitchen is equipped with the latest built-in appliances—perfect for cooking together and enjoying meals at the large dining table. The living room is spacious and comfortably furnished, featuring a generous lounge sofa where you can take in the panoramic views of the Dordogne.

Maison Monplaisant has three spacious bedrooms.
The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Thanks to the large glass frontage, the bedroom offers a view of the swimming pool and the valley.
The second and third bedrooms are located on the other side of the villa. They share a second bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet near the entrance.
