Maison La Vue is situated in a beautiful rural setting, just 5 km from the center of the medieval village of Domme. The house offers a bright, inviting living space and has been carefully furnished for a comfortable stay. Outside, you can enjoy a fully fenced, heated swimming pool – ideal for families!
Description
Ground Floor
On the ground floor, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. The dining table and chairs make this space perfect for a relaxed breakfast.
The spacious living room features comfortable sofas, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table with mood lighting, a wood-burning stove, and a dining area with a table and six chairs.
There is also a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, and washing machine. A separate toilet completes this floor.
First Floor
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Spacious double room with a 160cm bed, bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Double room with a 140cm bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Cozy room with two single beds and ample play space – ideal for children.
A second bathroom is located on this floor, equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Outdoors
The large terrace offers a table with six garden chairs, a Weber charcoal barbecue, and a parasol, perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying the tranquility.
The beautiful, sunny 6 x 3 meter swimming pool is fully fenced and heated from May to September. Sun loungers and parasols are provided for ultimate relaxation.
The spacious garden with lawn and shrubs is perfect for ball games and other outdoor activities. There is parking for one vehicle on the property; Two additional cars can be parked along the road.
The changeover day is flexible. A minimum of 4 days in mid-season, 7 days in July, and 10 days in August.
The price includes all charges, except:
* Mandatory final cleaning + €130
* Tourist tax: €1.50/night/adult
Optional services:
* Bed linen and bath towels are available for rent: €20/guest
* Supplement for one pet (maximum): €50
Booking process:
* Deposit of 25% upon booking
* Remaining amount of 75% due 1 month before arrival
* Deposit of €1,000 can be paid by credit card at the time of booking

Maison La Vue is just 5 minutes from the beautiful medieval village of Domme and is ideally situated for visiting the Dordogne Valley and all the lovely villages along the river: La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, Beynac, and not to mention the fantastic market town of Sarlat. All the famous tourist attractions are just a 30 km drive from the house. The GR64 public footpath is directly opposite the house and offers beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside and forests.
