The house has a large private garden, enclosed by stone walls, and has a terrace with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.
You can park for free on the street in front of the house and there is room for 1 car in the garage. The brand new private swimming pool (built in the winter of 2023/2024) measures 5m x 4m and has a cover, which also serves as a terrace when the pool is closed. The swimming pool is open from June to September.
The house is in the heart of the Bastide in a quiet side street and offers the best of both worlds. You can step out of your front door into the bustle of the village, for a coffee, choose from the many cafes and restaurants of the Bastides - or you can close the front door and enter another world of relaxation, peace with fantastic views over the valley.
