Maison Elia features a large open-plan living room with a television and satellite receiver, perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Everything you need for a carefree stay is provided.
There are 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (140 x 200 cm).
Bedroom 2 has two single beds (90 x 200 cm).
The bathroom has a sink, rain shower, and hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also at your disposal. The house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in both summer and winter.
Outside
The house has an enclosed 160 m² garden with complete privacy. Enjoy the sun on the covered south-facing terrace or the open north-facing terrace. Four sun loungers, two parasols, and a mobile barbecue with a griddle are provided. There's plenty of room for children to play: a playground, table tennis, and a tennis court just a 5-minute walk away.
