With a total area of 160m², the holiday home on the ground floor offers a charming open kitchen that is connected to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room opens onto the terrace on the garden side and ensures that you can eat generously both outside and inside. The living room is bright and cozy and there is enough space for 8 people around the dining table.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms
The first sleeping area is on the ground floor, below the living room. There you will find bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. They share the bathroom with an Italian shower, bathroom furniture and separate toilets.

Bedroom 3 is located upstairs, accessible via the wooden staircase from the living room. The master bedroom can also accommodate a travel cot. You will also find a second beautiful bathroom. The beds are made on arrival: enjoy your stay right away!

There are several terraces around the house and one upstairs near the living room. Around the pool you will find a very nice terrace and a large covered outdoor kitchen with a ping pong table and large table where you can eat outside. The garden offers many romantic spots, sometimes sunny, sometimes shady. The private heated pool measures 4.5 x 10 and is 1.5 m deep. Sun loungers and umbrellas are at your disposal. Location for several cars at the front of the house, in the parking lot.
During the high season, preference is given to a rental of two consecutive weeks. Single weeks will be accepted as soon as they appear.
The village of Salviac has several bars, restaurants, a bank, shops and also the weekly market. Gourdon 15 minutes, Sarlat 25 minutes, the banks of the Dordogne with its river beaches or canoeing 20 minutes. In the village of Salviac you will find a lovely restaurant, which is run by 2 Belgians. There are many good eateries in the area.
