Description
Maison Beaumont is a spacious holiday home for 8 people (plus a sofa bed in one bedroom) located in the Dordogne. It features a large private pool and ample space for one or two families. There's a large kitchen/diner with high beamed ceilings, a table for 10, and French doors. The kitchen is fully equipped, including three different coffee machines, a blender, oven, microwave, American-style refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and much more. The large, bright living room with a mezzanine creates a pleasant atmosphere and a beautiful view, both outdoors and outdoors. There is a TV (no satellite), but there is a Chromecast so you can stream your favorite programs using your own subscriptions. Enjoy your favorite music on the Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker. Family games are available both inside and outside, along with books in a library.
There are four bedrooms in total.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x200 cm) with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160x200 cm) with air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed (160x200 cm)
Bedroom 4 has a double bed (140x190 cm).
There are two bathrooms: one with an en-suite shower, and one with a shower and bathtub. There are also two additional separate toilets. A sofa bed (135 cm wide) is available in the master bedroom. A cot, baby bath, and high chair are available for our youngest guests. There are plenty of fans in addition to the air conditioning units, and you can use the washing machine and dryer. The house is cleaned and linens are laundered.
Outside
The large, enclosed garden of 2700m² is ideal for younger guests. There is a large, fenced private swimming pool (6x12 meters) (chlorine). The pool is equipped with a cover to maintain a pleasant water temperature in the summer. There is an outdoor shower, pétanque court in the driveway, two adult swings, seven sun loungers, four parasols, two hammocks, two large barbecues, several terraces with ample patio and garden furniture, and three picnic tables. A fire pit is available for cozy evenings by the fire. A large tree in the garden provides wonderful shade. The nearest neighbors are just a few hundred meters away. Maison Beaumont is situated on a very quiet road, and you have beautiful views of the rolling countryside and green hills.

Ribérac and Grand Brassac have all amenities and are 20 km away. The cities of Perigueux (a city of art and prehistory, the cathedral of Saint-Front), Bergerac (beautiful city along the Dordogne), Saint-Emilion, Brantôme, are within a radius of 40 to 50 km and Cognac, Angouleme and Bordeaux within a radius of 60 to 85 km. Aubeterre is one of the most beautiful villages in France. Brantôme, the Venice of the Perigord, with its prehistoric finds, dolmens, cliffs, springs, rocks and monasteries in the rocks. Bourdeilles, a beautiful small village with a medieval castle. Villars with the most beautiful Renaissance castle in the southwest. Discover Bergerac, Perigueux and Brantôme in a gabarre (kind of boat), an original way to visit the region. Take a day trip to the Dordogne and the Vezère, Sarlat. The markets in the small villages, especially those of Riberac. Further afield, a visit to the Atlantic coast at beautiful Royan is less than a 2-hour drive away
Activities
This region is ideal for lovers of outdoor activities and for the whole family. There are many lakes with a sandy beach with a lifeguard nearby, where you can swim, fish, pedal boat and windsurf. There are also restaurants, snack bars and picnic areas. Canoe-kayak sailing on the many rivers. Long marked trails for forest walks, horse rides and mountain bikes. One can do mountain climbing and abseiling. Golfers are not forgotten, because there is a golf course a 15-minute drive away near Pillac (Golf d'Aubeterre)
