The cozy living room is equipped with a pellet stove and air conditioning, making the house pleasant all year round. For relaxation, there are board games, toys, and children's books available. Additionally, there is a smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video (via your own account). Perfect for a cozy evening after a day of discoveries in the Dordogne region.

Bedrooms – holiday home for 10 people
The house features 5 bedrooms, spread over two floors:

Ground floor
Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
Bedroom 2: two beds (90x200), which can be joined to form a king-size bed

The spacious bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.

Bedroom 3 (with private access):

This spacious room with a beautiful view has a private entrance from the outside. Equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200), shower, sink, and toilet – ideal as a self-contained suite. Upper floor – ideal for families

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are connected, forming an ideal family room in a holiday home in France. The entire upper floor is exclusively for your use and features air conditioning for extra comfort.

Outside – private pool and large garden in the Dordogne
Surrounding the house is a beautiful green estate of no less than 8,500 m², surrounded by trees and offering unobstructed views of the landscape.

The highlight is the heated private pool (8.5 x 4 m, depth 1.2 – 2 m), equipped with comfortable sunbeds and loungers. The pool is heated from May through September. In addition, the estate features:

Cozy lounge area for long summer evenings
Large luxury barbecue (charcoal)
Multiple shaded terraces with parasols
Two dining tables for 10 people (one of which is under a pergola with a view)
