Outside
This house is located in an enclosed landscaped garden of 2000m2, with trees, private swimming pool, pond and waterfall. Large teak terrace with garden furniture and its beautiful pool.
The villages Objat and Allassac are located at 2km from the house and have a small supermarket, boulangerie, charcuterie, pharmacy and café/bar/tabac. The town of Brive is about 10 minutes drive south which has a fantastic Saturday market and all the shops you could want. The town of Uzerche is about 20 minutes drive and has a much larger supermarket and two slightly smaller ones, along with all other amenities. The village of Vigeois is also very close with its large Lac de Poncharal. This has a beach and pedaloes in the summer, and is excellent for a quick jog round before breakfast!
