Description
Located in the heart of a peaceful estate, Le Pigeonnier Urval invites you to a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. With its original stone walls, wooden beams, and modern amenities, this gite is the perfect place to completely unwind with family or friends.
The gite combines the charm of yesteryear with all the modern conveniences. You'll have bright, inviting rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with:
* dishwasher
* refrigerator with separate freezer
* microwave
* coffee maker (filter and Nespresso capsules)
* 4-burner stove
* toaster and kettle
* kitchenware and crockery
In addition, there is Wi-Fi, a TV with internet connection, a barbecue, and various other amenities for a comfortable stay.
The gite has two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: two single beds (2 x 80 x 200 cm)
Bedroom 2: double bed (160 x 200 cm), located on the upper floor
Linens and towels are included (one set per person), and beds are made upon arrival.
The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, sink, washing machine, and a separate toilet.
Please note that access to the gite is via a few steps, and there is an internal staircase to the upstairs bedroom.
Outdoors
Le Pigeonnier Urval features a private terrace, ideal for dining al fresco and enjoying the tranquility.
There is also a beautiful swimming pool, shared with the other accommodations on the estate. The pool is open from May to mid-September.
Explanation of Prices & Cancellation Policy
Included in the rental price: Bed linen and towels once per person per stay. Beds are made upon arrival. Water, electricity, and final cleaning. The swimming pool is open from early May to mid-September.
Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price.
Cancellations from 90 days (inclusive) to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.
Cancellations from 30 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant only informs us on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that they will no longer be using the rental property, the tenant remains liable for the full rental price.
This property is suitable for a maximum of 4 people + 1 infant (under 2 years old). We reserve the right to refuse any additional guests.
