Le Moulin à Sel is a typical Perigordian house for 6 people, situated in a quiet and sunny valley near the Château de la Roussie in the commune of Proissans. You share the pool with another mill Le Petit Moulin. 5 km from Sarlat (all services and shops), 15 km from Lascaux, 20 km from Les Eyzies and 15 km from the Dordogne Valley.

An old restored mill sleeping 6 people. Living area 130 m². Single storey house
Sitting room with exposed beams and stone walls. Settee and armchairs, dining table and chairs, two sideboards, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, radio/CD player.
Fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, gas –electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer). Utility room: washing machine, freezer.
Bathroom. Shower room with wash basin with integral cupboard. Separate WC.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (140 cm). Bedroom 2: Double bed (140 cm). Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (2 x 90 cm).
No smoking cottage.
Outside
The two houses share a swimming pool. Large garden, small lake (possibility to fish), stream, weirs, children’s swing and table tennis table.
Ideally situated, this house is the starting point of many trips. Only 5 km from there, through the golden light of its typical architecture, Sarlat has an exceptional heritage and reveals all its wealth. Its medieval past to relive with all the architectural treasures. Its cultural present: the drama Festival, various concerts, Sarlat film Festival, Street entertainment and shows; but also its gastronomic present: walking through the market on Saturday with so many various flavors, is a real delight.
