Le Grand Duc is a beautiful holiday home near the Dordogne. It is very spacious (95 m²) and tastefully decorated.
Ground floor: Living room with open-plan kitchen equipped with a gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. SMART TV, free Wi-Fi. Luxury bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet.
There are 3 bedrooms:
One bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m).

Outdoors
Large terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue, overlooking the forest and the pool. There is a beautiful swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with sun loungers.
