Le Berger has a large living room, with exposed stonework, with a sitting area around the fireplace, with sofa and armchairs, coffee table, television and DVD player and a dining area with wooden table and chairs. There is a large fully fitted kitchen including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
There are 3 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. The bedroom has a bathroom with a shower and bathroom furniture.
On the other side of the living room go down a few steps and there you will find bedroom 2. This room has 2 single beds, large wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Accessible from the outside, you have access to the third bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm, with wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps and a bathroom with shower cabin, bathroom furniture and toilet
Gite Le Berger shares a large 10mx5m swimming pool and a large landscaped with trees and flowers with two other houses (Le Jardin and Le Vigner max. 5 people).

The swimming pool 10mx5m has a Romanesque staircase and recessed alarm. It is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for nice lazy afternoons on the way back from the many excursions that the immediate area offers. The private terrace has a garden table and chairs, romantically laid out under the pergola and with a built-in charcoal barbecue.
The garden is then 1500m² with lawns, ideal for ball games, and ancient trees that provide shade. There is ample parking for 2 vehicles.
The domaine is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, between the two beautiful medieval villages of Daglan and Castelnaud.
In Daglan you will find a small supermarket, a bakery, butcher, tourist office, quality restaurant, post office and a beautiful weekly market on Sunday morning. The main tourist sites of the Dordogne (Sarlat, La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Domme, etc...) are all within a radius of 25 km from the house, ideal for exploring the area! The river Céou, where it is pleasant to swim and picnic in summer, is 3 km from the house
