Laborie is a wonderful holiday home for 4 people (+ baby) and has a very well secured private swimming pool on a plot of approximately 1500 m². The garden is partially enclosed. The house is located in Laborie Madone, a small hamlet not far from the pretty village of Salviac in the Lot.

It is not recommended to use this room during hot summer days.
Please note: You are asked to leave the house tidy upon departure.

Outside
The private pool is 140 cm deep and is secured with wooden decking that can be opened and closed by you. Children cannot open this. There are some sun loungers and a parasol, a drying rack and there is also a dining area under a pergola with a barbecue. All this completes the exterior of this wonderful holiday home.
Holiday home Laborie is located on the edge of a small hamlet, 3 km from all shops and amenities. Excellent walks from the house. Many activities or outings are offered by the Tourist Office of the City of Salviac. You will be halfway between the Dordogne Valley and the Lot Valley, close to major tourist sites such as: Sarlat in Périgord Noir, Castelnaud Castle, the bastide town of Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac-et-Cazenac, Cénac -et -Saint-Julien, but also Rocamadour "Citadel of Faith", the Gouffre de Padirac (and other caves), For the more sporty, you can also find outings for mountain biking, hiking, canoeing or horse riding.
