La Vue sleeps up to 9 people and combines historic charm with modern comfort.
The spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge area create a bright and inviting living space. Large windows throughout the house—including in the hallways and along the staircase—allow abundant natural light. The décor beautifully complements the character of this historic village house, with elegant details such as chandeliers, sculptures, and an impressive spiral staircase.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer, a spacious gas stove with an oven, a microwave, and various small appliances such as a kettle, coffee maker, and hand blender. Naturally, a wide selection of cooking utensils is also provided.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a large wooden dining table with seating for up to 8 people, ideal for long dinners with family or friends.
Upstairs, there are four stylish double bedrooms, comprising a super-king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and two double rooms. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have four modern bathrooms. Hairdryers and fans are provided for added comfort.
The house also features a spacious study with a comfortable workspace. This ground-floor room also houses a sofa bed, providing additional flexibility for larger groups.
For entertainment and convenience, there is Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker, and a small selection of board games, including chess, backgammon, and card games. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
Outdoor Living
One of the absolute highlights of La Vue is the spacious roof terrace, accessible from the top floor. The west-facing terrace allows you to enjoy beautiful sunsets and panoramic views of the French countryside from the hilltop.
The terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a dining table for 8, perfect for relaxing afternoons and long summer evenings. A gas barbecue is ready for al fresco cooking and dining together.
Beach towels are provided for guests, both for use on the terrace and for visiting the lake and sandy beach of Montcuq, just a 15-minute drive away. There is also a quiet swimming lake about a 15-minute walk down the hill.
For easy exploration of the surrounding area, two electric bikes are available for adults – ideal for discovering the charming villages and beautiful scenery of the Lot Valley and Tarn-et-Garonne.
Street parking in the village of Lauzerte is free year-round.
And best of all: Lauzerte's historic central square is just a one-minute walk from the house.
