La Souara is a fantastic holiday home with lots of space and comfort and is located in the suburb of Sarlat, on a dead end road with a beautiful forest on the edge of the garden. You can also get your fresh baguettes and croissants within walking distance, so that the day can start without worries!
Description
You enter the tastefully decorated living room. You can prepare delicious meals in the very extensive open kitchen, which you can then enjoy on the huge terrace by the pool. In total there are 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has a nice double bed 160 x 200
Bedroom 2 has two single beds 90 x 200
On the 1st floor you will find bedroom 3. This bedroom has a double bed 160 x 200 with an ensuite bathroom.
There is air conditioning throughout the house!
Outside
From the living room you can easily step onto your huge terrace. In the evening the terrace is beautifully lit. There is a beautiful heated swimming pool 8 x 4 m and is located in the beautiful enclosed garden with many palm trees.
La Souara is located outside the center of Sarlat, and only 1 km from a shopping center where you can also get the croissants in the morning. There is a cycle path close to the house. Ideal if you want to explore the Dordogne by bike. There is a lot to see in the area, such as the valley of the 6 castles, Beynac, Domme, LaRocque Cageac.
