La Petite Ferme has a spacious living room with leather sofa, TV, coffee tables and lamps around a majestic stone fireplace.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and a glass dining table and 4 chairs
In addition, you will find a laundry room with washing machine
There is a separate toilet
The wooden staircase (quite steep!) leads to the first floor.
There are 2 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedside tables and lamps. It has an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a bath with overhead shower.
Bedroom 2 also has with a double bed bedside tables and lamps. This bedroom also benefits from its own shower room with shower and basin.
The cottage benefits from oil central heating keeping winters comfortable, and you can also build a fire in the lounge on cooler evenings!

The pool is shared with 3 other gites if they are also booked for that period.
The domaine is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, between the two beautiful medieval villages of Daglan and Castelnaud.
In Daglan you will find a small supermarket, a bakery, butcher, tourist office, quality restaurant, post office and a beautiful weekly market on Sunday morning. The main tourist sites of the Dordogne (Sarlat, La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Domme, etc...) are all within a radius of 25 km from the house, ideal for exploring the area! The river Céou, where it is pleasant to swim and picnic in summer, is 3 km from the house
