The holiday home has a living area of 90 m², all on the ground floor:
Entrance: with cloakroom and storage space. Living room (45 m²): Two large glass doors create a perfect connection between indoors and outdoors. The living room is divided into several areas:
Lounge: Comfortable sofa (optional extra sleeping space), armchair, TV unit with smart TV, DVD player, and speakers. Board games and DVDs ensure cozy moments with family or friends.
Dining area: Round table with 4 chairs and a sideboard.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, food processor, air fryer, Cookeo, Tassimo coffee machine, fridge with 3 freezer compartments, dishwasher, raclette machine, crockery, and all cooking utensils. Perfect for preparing fresh produce from the local Périgord markets.
