Description
Ground floor. A large living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas, and dining area. An open plan kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine.... A master bedroom with a double bed and cupboards. Separate toilet.
First floor: Two bedrooms, both with two single beds and cupboards. A cot with a good quality mattres is available. A shower room, with a large cabin unit and a washbasin, Separate toilet.
Outside
A covered terrace with a lovely view over the garden, equipped with table and chairs. A terrace at the other side of the house, with a view over the hillside, equipped with a built in barbecue. A private swimming pool, 10m x 5m, secured by an alarm. It has sun loungers and parasols for your comfort. A grassy garden of +/- 1000m², completely fenced, with plenty of space for the children to play, and shadowed areas to relax under the mature trees.
During the high season, preference is given to a rental of two consecutive weeks. Single weeks will be accepted as soon as they appear.
The house is located 5 minutes from the listed village of Beynac and another 5 minutes from the medieval village of Saint-Cyprien. Sarlat is 12 km away. You will find all the shops, including a large supermarket and a lively Sunday morning market, in St Cyprien and Beynac.
The tourist hotspots of the Dordogne valley, its towns and villages classified as Sarlat, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, the bastides of Domme, Monpazier, the prehistoric sites of the Vézère valley, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity of the house.
