Description of La Bastide du Vallon
The bastide consists of several levels and has been furnished with an eye for detail.
Kitchen and living room
On the ground floor, you'll find a large open-plan kitchen/diner, fully equipped for cooking enthusiasts. The Falcon induction stove, the spacious kitchen island, and the large American-style refrigerator with freezer drawers and ice maker make cooking a joy. The kitchen is directly connected to the lower living room with its high ceiling, creating a wonderful sense of space. The original fireplace forms the warm focal point.
From the covered kitchen terrace, you have access to the kitchen/diner and the outdoor tables where you can enjoy a delicious Provençal lunch or dinner in the summer.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The holiday home has four spacious bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: box-spring bed (160x200), access to a terrace overlooking the Cotignac valley.
Bedroom 2: two single box-spring beds (90x200), which can be joined to form a king-size bed. Direct access to the terrace with a view. This room shares a bathroom (shower, toilet, and sink) with bedroom 1.
Bedroom 3 (first floor): king-size box-spring bed, en-suite bathroom with a double shower, bathtub, and double sink. Access to a spacious covered balcony with panoramic views.
Bedroom 4: two single beds (80x200, which can be joined), en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and sink.
All rooms are air-conditioned for a pleasant stay during the warm Provençal summers.
Gîte for 2 people
In addition to the main house, La Bastide du Vallon offers a fully furnished gîte (approx. 40 m²) for 2 people. It has its own kitchen, living area, sleeping area, and bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with a plancha grill, sun loungers, and even a small pool.
Outdoor Living and Swimming Pool
Outdoor living is central to Provence, and you'll notice this at La Bastide du Vallon. From the kitchen, you can access several terraces with spacious tables, chairs, and a gas barbecue.
